The thing about behind the lens is that most photographers enjoy being hidden. At least for me, that's what I enjoy the most. It's hard for me to be recognized without feeling like the luckiest person my clients choose. There are so many talented photographers out there but I was chosen-for a reason. I'm honored that I was selected to capture life milestones all across the board yet when I read the words of past clients, I can only be affirmed that what I'm doing is right. I grow when I read what is said about me-I promise.

My fiancé and I booked CAPhoto for our engagement shoot. We got engaged in October so we were hoping to get a good outdoor session is but it turned out to be to cold. Cecilia was amazing in figuring out a great indoor location at short notice to capture our engagement photos! She did not let this change in location hinder her vision. We chose the milwaukee art museum which proved to have many beautiful locations for pictures. Cecilia was quick to find perfect spots that lead to beautiful pictures. I personally am shy when it comes to taking pictures and Cecilia made the shoot feel immensely comfortable. Her words of affirmation and ability to "hype me up" made me lose all sense of nervousness. Even better than I could have expected.
